Use of the TOPQuote platform — the analytics, dashboard, and AI enrichment services delivered to customers as a single-tenant deployment — is governed by a separate master service agreement between TOPQuote, LLC and the customer. Nothing in these Terms supersedes or modifies that agreement.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the property of TOPQuote, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal or internal business purposes only.
The TOPQuote name, the TOPQuote logo, and related design elements are trademarks of TOPQuote, LLC. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
Any information you submit through the Site (for example, when requesting a discovery call) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you agree to be contacted by the TOPQuote team in connection with that inquiry.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
